URBAN WASTE BALING.
Baling of Urban Waste is quickly becoming the more preferred alternative for councils and private tip operators. The baler provides a approx 700kg/m3 dense bale, which can be wrapped and easily stacked. The stacking of baled waste eliminates the need for expensive mobile compaction equipment. It also provides a consistent density.
Waste baling has been heavily promoted by a company called New Waste. In conjunction with this company we offer a fully comprehensive wrapped bale solution. The wrapping is a fully bio-degradable patented polymer.

In general waste baling offers:
- More efficient tip use
- No need to use mobile compaction equipment
- If done at transfer station, better transport utilisation.
- Bales can be either covered with a full tarp or individually wrapped.
GODSWILL has developed a special baling application. The MOBILE GB 1108 F can also be offered as a stationary solution. However all stationary balers from GB 7575 upwards, as noted in GODSWILL section of this website can be converted to waste bale applications. The advantage of these balers is that they can be used for a variety of products, such a Cardboard, Plastics, Paper, Film and others.
