GLASS AGG - glass crushers
This system crushes empty glass bottle into a sand like format.
System are available with outputs ranging from 200 kg's up to 20,000 kg's /hr.

Aggregate samples with 1/4 primary screen - No further separation
The GLASS AGG system is a fully integrated unique patented process that consists of three stages:
- Popper unit - here the glass is broken into small pieces.
- Shearing unit - here the primary crushed glass is brought down into glass fines.
- Sizing unit ( primary ) - where the glass is screened to desired size. Refer below
Optional secondary sizing units are available, where glass can be separated into various different sizes below the actual screen size selected in the primary sizing unit. General ratio of glass particles is dependant upon the screen size selected.
However the outcome, as a rule of thumb, is 10-20% smaller than 0.5 mm / 25-65% between 0.5 - 2.5 mm and the balance below the maximum opening size of the screen.
