1 man operational system
This system can be fitted as:
1) Truck mounted - PTO driven system.
2) Truck / trailer mounted - diesel generator driven system
In both cases the module enclosure of approx 2.5 m long x 2.3 m wide and 2.2 m high, is placed either behind the truck cabin or on a dedicated trailer.
Basic system consist of:
- 30Kw twin shafted hydraulic shredder - 32mm blades
- Infeed hopper and force feed system
- Hydraulic screw compactor system
- Conveyor belt lifting system
- Feeding Channel from either side of module
- Structural steel frame and enclosure cladding
- Diesel motor including tank & controls OR Chelsea Split shaft PTO.

| SHREDDER MODULE | |
| General description | The shredder with in feed conveyor, screw feed compactor and force feed system is fitted into a dedicated structural steel frame and aluminium clad enclosure.
Both sides of the module have access doors fitted.
External control cabinet is fitted.
Subject to power supply this module can be fitted with it's own dedicated diesel power plant |
